Question: I found pictures of myself on a website I've never been to. What are my options? Is there any sort of legal action (in my case, threat of legal action) I can take to get them to remove my photo?
Answer: Unless the photograph is copyrighted, then you really cannot do anything. I can post anything legally obtained. You can threatened legal action, but unless the intimidation factor works, you are pretty much out of luck.
